Mine Alparslan Franchomme worked as an independent consultant since 2008 on several projects involving gathering information and providing insights on various industries in the Turkish and French market to help enterprises and institutional actors in their international expansion. She worked for leading French strategy consulting companies like CEIS and Neovian Partners, for which she conducted research and analysis on various industries such as IT, gambling, retail, agriculture and mining; as well as on political and socio-economic context in Turkey. She also served as a consultant to institutional actors, such as La Fabrik Coopérative/Carta, where she was responsible for partner and funding search, preparation of project proposals at the European level, and where she analyzed social economy and entrepreneurship in France and Turkey.
Mine is an expert on Turkish politics and qualitative research methods, and has strong analytical and drafting skills. She holds a Master’s degree and a PhD in Political Science from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, where she was a researcher at the European Centre for Sociology and Political Science (CESSP/CNRS); and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration from Marmara University in Turkey. She is both a French and Turkish national and speaks fluently French, English, Turkish, as well as some Spanish.
Aslı Kozan is an expert on strategic management. Over the last ten years, she has been working on strategy development and implementation both at the business and corporate level. She is specialized on growth strategies, such as internationalization; strategic alliances; diversification; and new business model creation in emerging economies. She has also worked at the European Commission in Brussels for regional development programs, and at UNICEF in Turkey. She is currently a professor at IPAG Business School in Paris and Hanoi School of Business in Vietnam, where she teaches to students and managers Corporate Strategy and International Business courses.
Aslı is equipped with strong analytical skills, knowledge of quantitative methods and econometric analysis. She holds a PhD degree in Strategy and Business Policy from HEC Paris, a Master’s degree from the Government Department of University of Essex in the UK, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Middle East Technical University in Turkey. She is both a French and Turkish national and speaks fluently French, English, Turkish; as well as some German and Spanish.
